He manages to make you feel at ease really quickly and his instruction and feedback is spot on. I was soon back into the stride of it again and improving quickly. And then we had the off-piste powder skiing experience after a ski tour into the Brochaux bowl. Possibly one of the best days on the mountain i've had, learning and experiencing new things with amazing views and basically the whole mountain to ourselves. Apart from being expert ski instructors, they are caring, thoughtful, flexible and professional beyond belief with a unique ability to fully understand your aims, goals and fears when facing the slopes. Like Yoda, they can make you embrace the Force for all levels of skiing ability :-).
